The Tàndem project, promoted by ACTUA, continued on Thursday, May 4th, with its program with students from the vocational training center (FP) of Aixovall. The first session was dedicated to understanding the challenge presented by the company chosen, Perfumería Júlia, and make a thorough examination of trends in the sector. In this Thursday session, the students visited the company facilities to compare information and make interviews with users of the shops, vendors and consultants, including observation of the points of sale.

This has allowed them to see first hand the needs of the company, but also to analyze users behavior. With all this information, processed with the support of Induct’s consultants, students are now able to initiate the phase of creativity where each team may begin to devise a possible solution to the challenge. Later, the project will turn to the prototyping phase.

The pilot project will complete at the end of this year. Earlier, on 22nd and 23rd May, the Innovation Event will be the occasion for students to present projects they have been working with teachers and tutors from Perfumería Júlia. Tàndem should be consolidated for the next academic year.

A “Tàndem” with Andorran talent

Students in the second year of the Vocational Education’s Diploma, participate in this pilot program launched by ACTUA. Students can develop their ideas accompanied by teachers and business professionals from Perfumería Julia, to propose innovative solutions that meet the business challenges posed by the company.

In addition, all parties will benefit, not only because “Tàndem” promotes key skills of FP projects through real innovation, thus contributing to increase the employability of students, but also, it promotes the permeability of business creative skills existing on FP Andorran centers. All thanks to its own model that fosters, in an organized and systematic manner, innovation and entrepreneurship on FP centers.
