You can apply for Startup status until June 30th

Andorra Business reminds you that until June 30th, 2025, all Andorran commercial companies that meet the startup criteria according to the Law on Promoting the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem, have a unique opportunity to apply for startup company status, regardless of its creation date, thanks to a transitional provision.

This designation offers significant advantages and is part of the country’s strategy to promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and the attraction of talent and technological investment.

Law 42/2022 establishes a regime tailored to the realities of startups, with provisions regarding governance, compensation through equity participation, and tools to facilitate fundraising.

Includes exemptions such as the maintenance fee of the registry record and support measures for investment and financing, especially in the early stages.
Facilitated access to private investment
Official recognition as a startup opens doors to new funding channels, such as crowdfunding platforms and venture capital, in a secure and regulated environment.
