Andorra Business and Creand Crèdit Andorrà have launched the Enlaira program to provide resources to promising Andorran startups that aim to overcome challenges in their projects, helping them consolidate, increase visibility, and connect with the most influential players in Andorra’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Each selected startup, which must meet a series of requirements — including being legally established in the country — will receive support valued at €12,000. Of this amount, €5,000 will be in cash to develop a specific aspect of the project. The remaining support will come in the form of benefits such as: zero fees on payment services, access to exclusive events, expert mentoring, valuation studies, and ongoing support with investment opportunities.
Santi de Larrea, Director of Innovation and Digital Transformation at Creand Crèdit Andorrà, commented: “At Creand, we are firmly committed to entrepreneurship as a lever for economic diversification and talent attraction. We have demonstrated this through initiatives like our Innovation Hub, which connects companies with innovative solutions, and the Scale Lab Andorra venture capital fund, aimed at boosting the country’s strategic sectors. With Enlaira, we are taking another step forward, and we are especially excited to do so alongside such a remarkable partner as Andorra Business. We share the vision that real support must be given to the country’s startups, providing them with the tools and connections they need to grow.”
For her part, Judit Hidalgo, Director of Andorra Business, explained: “With the Enlaira program, we are taking a further step in our commitment to fostering Andorra’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. We want to provide real and effective support to emerging companies that have already shown potential and need a boost to consolidate and grow. This program offers not only financial resources but also strategic guidance, key connections with the sector’s most relevant players, and specialized mentoring tailored to specific needs. We are convinced that Enlaira can become a turning point for many talented and visionary projects.”
The application call for the program will be open until July 18, and the selected startups will be announced on July 28. The Enlaira program evaluation will be carried out by a committee made up of experts from the two promoting organizations.
