Andorra Business and Creand launched on Tuesday, September 9, the first edition of the Enlaira program, an acceleration initiative aimed at Andorran startups with growth and consolidation potential.
The initiative offers strategic support, specialized mentoring, and access to a broad network of contacts within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. The program is valued at €12,000, of which €5,000 is a direct financial contribution from Creand, and aims to strengthen innovation and competitiveness in the country’s business sector.
The first session welcomed the selected companies and included a group workshop focused on preventing professional burnout. The activity emphasized the well-being of founding teams and provided tools to manage pressure and maintain balance between personal and professional life.
A committee of experts selected three startups out of 15 applications to participate: 4Mediks, which has developed an antimicrobial product made with botanical ingredients; Elevadoos, which runs an educational program teaching finance to children and young people; and AgroBiomaterials, which transforms local organic waste into sustainable bioplastics.
With this launch, Andorra Business and Creand Crèdit Andorrà reaffirm their commitment to the country’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and take a step forward in creating an environment that enables emerging initiatives to grow and compete internationally
