Forces Elèctriques d’Andorra (FEDA) will be installing 10 new charging stations for electric vehicles next year in Andorra, passing from eight to eighteen, according to Albert Moles, FEDA’s general manager. One of the new installations will be a rapid charging station (under 30 minutes to charge the battery) and it will be located in Andorra la Vella. The aim is to increase the 670 loads supplied during 2016 representing more than 23,000 km of autonomy.

Also, in order to achieve less dependence on energy from neighboring countries and further diversification and sustainability of the energy model, the company has introduced a cogeneration plant in Soldeu, which is already servicing a dozen buildings around Canillo.
