Constituted as Andorra Development and Investment (ADI) general assembly, the Minister’s Cabinet approved the composition of the Board of Directors for the public company that will be chaired by Josep Maria Missé, as Secretary of State for Economic Diversification.

The rest of the government representatives on the Board of Directors are:

  • Neus Soriano Vidal, Secretary of State for Tourism and Trade, as vice president.
  • Albert Moles Betriu, CEO of Forces Elèctriques d’Andorra, as secretary.
  • Jordi Nadal Bentadé, CEO of Andorra Telecom, as adviser.
  • ordi Fabregat Feldsztajn, Associate Professor in the Department of Economics, Finance and Accounting of ESADE as adviser.

The new Board of ADI also has representatives from the business community through:

  • Marc Pantebre Palmitjavila, president of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Andorra, as an independent adviser.
  • Xavier Altimir Planes, president of the Andorran Business Confederation, as an independent adviser.

Finally, the Board also include two experts in business management and development, specializing in specific sectors:

  • Jordi Marin Puigpelat, general manager of Microsoft Catalonia, an international expert in the field of new technologies and innovation, as independent adviser.
  • Josep Maria Payà Padreny, medical director of Quality Medical Service, an international expert in health and healthcare, as an independent adviser.
