Omnichannelling and data-driven culture will be at the center of the fifth Edition of the INNTEC seminar, that will take place on the 22nd of June both in-person and online.

Commerce, restaurants and hotels are the sectors which have transformed fastest over the last year, in part due to the capacity restrictions in place caused by Covid-19. However, they are not the only ones: the financial sector and the public administration must also face an ever more demanding consumer, expecting the same level of remote service from all companies as the service offered by the digital ones. That is why this year the innovation and new technologies seminar of Andorra carries the title “Phygital commerce: the paths to omnipresence”.

The guiding theme of INNTEC 2021 will be the reflection on how to design our sales strategy in an increasingly uncertain and complex environment. Every business has to find the balance between presential commerce and the opportunities offered by digital communication so as not to be left behind and be able to compete in a global market, centered around experience and where customer´s knowledge is key.

At the event´s presentation press conference, carried out in the Andorra Business offices, Albert Moles, president of ACTINN, developed further on the meaning of the word phygital: “We are entering a world where both ways of working will co-exist, both ways of living: the physical and digital. And this will impact commerce, tourism, finances… We want to encourage companies to adopt new technologies and attraction strategies, customer conversion and loyalty and the offering of services to give a new boost to their business. The seminar will also be oriented towards networking, we want it to be an opportunity to generate alliances and projects”.

The seminar will take place next Tuesday 22nd of June at the Centre de Congressos of Andorra la Vella and, simultaneously, will be live streamed on YouTube. Registration, which is free of charge, is open on inntec.ad.

In this fifth edition, five experts will share their visions on sales models that are becoming widespread.

Luis Font is world renowned in digital sales, nominated among the five most influential Spanish speaking digital coaches of 2019, will discuss market automation. He will explain how to combine omnichannelling and data to automate marketing processes and create agile sales circuits.

Doctor Beatriz Irún is an expert in international commerce and specifically in Asian markets, and will talk about fishing omniclients. She will expose her privileged vision on how the commerce playing board is changing and which are the new winning capacities needed to compete in it.
