Schedule modification for flights between the Andorra-La Seu d’Urgell airport and the one in Madrid

The Government has informed that from the 27th of March the flight schedules between the Andorra-La Seu d’Urgell airport and the airport Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas will be modified. The new schedule modifies all departure times with the aim of maximizing the potential for weekend trips, whether they be to Madrid or Andorra, adapting to the times considered to be of highest potential demand by the operator during the summer season. Rating agencies Standard & Poor’s and Fitch Ratings have revised their perspectives on the Principality of Andorra from stable to positive. Andorra announces the celebration of its first eSports event at the Global Esports Summit in Madrid

Andorra was the country invited to participate in the Global Esports Summit 2021 (GES21) in Madrid, celebrated on Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th of October in Madrid. Flights between the Andorra-La Seu d’Urgell airport and Madrid start on December 17th

The Government of Andorra adjudicated on Wednesday October 20th, the public tender for the launching of new routes from the Andorra-La Seu d’Urgell airport to Madrid, to the company Air Nostrum (Iberia)which will begin to operate on the 17th of December. The sum budgeted by the administration is for a maximum amount of 630.000 euros, which will be reduced depending on the route´s real number of passengers.
